Gordon Liu Chia-Hui, né le 30 novembre1955, est un acteurHong-Kongais de films de kung-fu, frère adoptif du réalisateur Liu Chia-liang.
Né à Canton en Chine en 1955, Gordon Liu est initié très jeune aux arts martiaux par le maître Liu Cham. Il commence sa carrière au cinéma comme cascadeur puis enseigne les arts martiaux. En 1976, il tient le rôle principal dans " Le combat des maîtres " réalisé par son complice et ami Liu Chi-Liang. Deux ans plus tard, il devient une légende vivante du kung-fu avec sa prestation héroïque dans " La 36ème Chambre de Shaolin " de Liu Chi-Liang. Depuis ce rôle mémorable, Gordon Liu tourne dans plus de soixante longs métrages, dont récemment " Kill Bill Volume 1 et 2 " de Quentin Tarantino.
